The Independence Day celebrations at Amrita Kripa Charitable Hospital, Kalpetta, commenced with the flag hoisting ceremony at 9:00 AM, performed by Dr. Sanjeev, Dr. Ajitha, and Dr. Ageesh in the presence of hospital staff and patients.

As part of the program, Dr. Ageesh, Program Officer for PM JANMAN – Adi Karmayogi Abhiyan, delivered an address outlining the objectives of the Tribal Leadership Movement initiated by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs. He emphasized the importance of active participation and encouraged attendees to register as volunteers in the Adi Karmayogi mission. The initiative aims to empower tribal leadership, strengthen governance, and ensure last-mile delivery through a convergence-driven approach. Dr. Ageesh highlighted the transformative potential of these efforts, calling on the community to contribute to the journey from village to state, in alignment with the vision of Viksit Bharat.

The celebrations began with the official launch of the Adi Karmayogi volunteer registration drive.
