In this video, Amrita Kripa Charitable Hospital Staff Nurse Sheela, who hails from a tribal hamlet inn Wayanad, narrates her personal experience working at the Hospital.

Comprehensive support was extended through the provision of nursing, pharmacy, and laboratory training to tribal girls, along with employment opportunities that significantly improved their living conditions. In addition, an association was organised to further support their continuing professional development. Consistent initiatives over the years instilled a sense of ownership and improved self esteem and confidence among the participants.
