Amrita Health Centre, Port Blair, a peripheral centre of Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi, Kerala, has announced the appointment of two Specialist Doctors and one Medical Doctor to their team, dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare to the Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

The new specialists Dr. Deepak and Dr. Anita Udapudi are joining from Amrita Institute of Medical Science, Faridabad. The new Doctor joining the team is Dr. Priyanka.

Dr. Deepak G. Udapudi MBBS, MS (General & Laparoscopic) was previously the HOD, General Surgery at Amrita Institute of Medical Science, Faridabad. With over 30 years of clinical experience, including 26 years in teaching, Dr. Udapudi brings unparalleled expertise to the centre. His an alumnus of J.N. Medical College, Belgaum, and J.J.M. Medical College, Davangere, Karnataka.

Dr. Anita D. Udapudi MBBS, MD (Obstetrics and Gynaecology) was previously the Senior Professor at Amrita Institute of Medical Science, Faridabad. Dr. Anita brings her expertise and dedication to enhancing patient care, ensuring holistic and personalised treatment for the local community.

Amrita Health Centre has always been committed to providing world-class healthcare with a touch of compassion. Service of these Specialists will be available from 9th June 2025, Monday onwards.
