On June 12, 2025, residents of the Valaramkunnu Tribal Colony in Wayanad received blankets distributed by Mr. Haridas, a dedicated social worker from Amrita Hospital. The ongoing rainfall in this forested region has led to persistently cold conditions, posing health risks to the local tribal community. To help safeguard their well-being, blankets were provided free of charge as a preventive measure against cold-related ailments.
