Amrita Kripa Charitable Hospital, Kalpetta is a 10 bed hospital inaugurated in 2004. The hospital is directed by the husband and wife team of Dr. Sanjeevan Vasudevan and Dr. Ajitha. They are also the founders of the Pain Relief and Palliative Care Department at Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences, Kochi.

An average of 120 patients visit every day. Serious cases are referred to AIMS, Kochi. The treatment and operations are provided free of cost. In addition to the medicine, they wer egiven food items (grocery, rice, vegetables, blankets, roofing sheets, mats, books and school stationeries for children. Medical camps are conducted at three tribal hamlets each week. Advanced medicare services are offered, such as Tele medicine facility offered once a month, treatment for Tb patients (as a sub center of the Government hospital), mental health treatment, minor surgeries and gynecology consultations are offered in the hospital once in every month with the voluntary service of Kozhikode Medical college doctors.

Specialised treatment also made available on saturdays or sundays.
