A yoga training program for students was conducted at Thanur on Children’s day to help them cope with stress. Mr.Vineesh, a yoga teacher and a propagator of yoga has provided insightful findings and knowledge about yoga to the students.This training program was held between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
