Dr Reshma (Community Health) from Mattannur, Kannur conducted a free medical camp at Amrita Kripa Tribal Hospital Kalpeta on 6 January 2021. Nurse Mrs Anita Sivadas assisted with the testing. Covid-19 protocol were followed by the staff and patients. Click on images to view them.

Gandhi Jayanthi Celebrated at Tribal Hostel
Gandhi Jayanthi was celebrated on 2nd of October with great fervour at the Tribal Hostel at Parippally, Kollam, Kerala. Gandhiji’s contribution towards India’s Independence was elucidated. Independence Day Celebrations at Attappady 2020
Commemorating the 73rd Independence Day of the nation, the national tricolors were hoisted by Ooru Moopens at events organised by Tribal Health Workers of Amrita Tribal Center at Abbannur and Gottiyarkandi tribal hamlets of Attappady on August 15, 2020.

International Yoga day commemorated on 21 June 2020 at Tribal Hostel Paripally and Attappady.
Free Computer Training Launched
Computer Training for young tribal girls was launched on 8th June 2020. The course that is targeted to meet the increasing skills gap among the tribal girls of the region is delivered to girls discontinued school education after completion of 10th standard at the local school.
