Free Computer Training Launched
Computer Training for young tribal girls was launched on 8th June 2020. The course that is targeted to meet the increasing skills gap among the tribal girls of the region is delivered to girls discontinued school education after completion of 10th standard at the local school.

Medical Camp in Tribal Osathiyur Hamlet
Medical camp at tribal hamlet Osathiyur conducted on 28.02.20 for the aged tribal patients who were incapable of visiting hospital in the town. Osathiyur is located on the hilltop beside River Bhavani.
Water Kettle Distributed for Hamlets
Amrita Tribal Centre distributed Water Kettles among the Attappady Tribal Health workers for the purpose of maintaining disinfected and hygienic drinking water in the respective hamlets they reside in.
Kalkakara Tribal Ooru Visit
Amrita Tribal Health Worker Trainees visited Kalkakara tribal hamlet on 15th Nov 2019. A health check up was conducted. The elderly tribal women were provided sarees.
Children’s Day Celebrations at Mulli School
Shishudinam (Children’s Day) was celebrated with students of Government LP School Mulli on 14th Nov 2019. The LP School is one of the remotest of tribal schools in Kerala. Children were gifted toys, books, pens, etc. Tribal teachers Thankaraj and Usha delivered motivational sessions to the Amrita health Worker Trainees.
Distribution of Special Lunch at Vattulakki Tribal Hamlet in Attappady
With the objective of promoting regular school attendance from Vattulakki Tribal Hamlet, children there were offered a special biriyani lunch on 10 Nov 2019.
